Yamada Seisakusyo started the business of threading in 1970 at a plant renovated from a warehouse.
Since Japan was at the height of the economic boom, lower price with mass-production was the first priority of the market at the time.
1990
In the late 20th century, machining accuracy had been required higher and higher in spite of progress in the mechanization of the manufacturing industry.
Yamada started grinding process for the market demand.
2000
Focusing on grinding technology as our strength. Started specializes in precision grinding. Avoiding physical management of products and Increasing the value by highly precision technology, we decided to palm size as our manufacturing size range gradually.
2015
Connect LAN cable to all of our machines for better quality and more strategic workability. This is also useful for cost management and we can provide better pricing to our customers.
2019
Installed 6 axis robots for better productibity to our 3rd plant. This helps stable productivity by 24/7 production without a rest.
As the number of employees has been increased, a caffeteria is expanded at our first plant. We are holding seminors for employees and corporating manufactures regularly.
2023
Starting our 4th plant in 2023, the total floor space of our factory will be double with some more grinding facilities. Our production, delivery and R&D system will be more enhabnced.
